Events

For the 2023-2024 school year, members should look out for the following events:

  • CADathon: High school students in Merced will visit UC Merced to learn about college-level engineering, college life, and be encouraged to pursue higher education. Date: September 16, 2023.
  • NSBE Regional Conference: A 3-day conference happening the weekend before Thanksgiving. The goal is for students to gain experience in talking to recruiters.
  • NSBE50 (Annual National Convention): A major event usually held the week before spring week and can be anywhere in the US. This is an opportunity for members to land internships or full-time positions, with 500+ companies looking for students to hire.
